Refund Policy

We want you to start a protocol because you're confident in it, not because you're locked in. Here's how refunds work.

Consultations

Consultation slots are limited, so we implement a no-show, no-refund policy on the ₱2,000 consultation fee. You may reschedule to a new slot at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. If we ever need to cancel your consultation from our side, the fee is refunded in full.

Membership

You may cancel your membership within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no member benefit has been used (no consult, no member-priced purchase, no provider review delivered). After that, the membership fee is non-refundable for the current year, since member pricing and included reviews begin immediately.

Programs

• Before your medications are prepared: full refund, no questions asked.
• After your medications are prepared or dispensed: the medication portion of your program is non-refundable. Prescription medications are compounded for you personally and cannot be restocked or resold. The unused service portion of your program (remaining sessions) may be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
• If your physician discontinues your protocol for clinical reasons, we will refund the unused portion of your program, including undispensed medication.

How to request a refund

Email hello@modernhuman.ph with your name and order details. Approved refunds are returned through your original payment method within 7 business days.
