These terms govern your use of Modern Human's website and services. By booking a consult, purchasing a membership, or starting a program, you agree to them.

Our services are medical services

Modern Human provides physician-led health services. Every protocol, program, and prescription requires a consultation with a licensed Philippine physician, who decides whether a treatment is appropriate for you. We may decline to provide a protocol where it is not clinically suitable, and nothing on this website is a promise that you will be prescribed any particular treatment. Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over.

Membership

• Membership is annual, priced at ₱19,997 per year, and valid for 12 months from purchase.
• It includes monthly provider progress reviews (written, with a video consult each quarter), waived consultation fees (non-members pay ₱2,000 per consultation), member pricing on programs, 15% off refills and supplements, concierge messaging, and access to the Modern Human app as it becomes available.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable.
• Renewal is offered at the then-current rate. Founding members keep their founding rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active.

Programs

• Consultations are ₱2,000, payable when you book. Consultation fees are refundable or movable with at least 24 hours' notice, per our Refund Policy.
• Programs are 90-day protocols, quoted at your consultation and paid as a single engagement.
• A session is a scheduled one-on-one with your doctor: a 15–20 minute video check-in, or a consult and progress review. Sessions are not in-clinic procedures. Concierge messaging covers questions between sessions.
• Included medications. Your program price includes the standard protocol prescribed by your physician. If your physician recommends dosing beyond the standard protocol, the additional medication is billed separately at member pricing and will always be discussed with you before it is prescribed.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Sessions unused at the end of your 90-day program do not carry over unless your care team extends your program.

Prescriptions and medication

Prescription medications are dispensed only after a physician consultation, through licensed pharmacy partners. Medications are for your personal use as prescribed and must not be shared or resold. Follow your physician's instructions for storage and administration.

No guarantee of results

Health outcomes vary from person to person. We commit to evidence-guided protocols and attentive care; we do not guarantee any specific result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, Modern Human's liability for any claim connected to your use of the website or services is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

Intellectual property

The Modern Human name, logo, and the content of this website are ours. Please don't reproduce them without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
