Physician-Directed Peptide Therapy

Every peptide
we work with.

Most clinics keep this list behind a sales conversation. We would rather you see it up front, understand what each one actually does, and come in already knowing the questions to ask.

Below are the peptide therapies our physicians prescribe, grouped by the five paths patients work with us on. None of it is a product you can put in a basket. Each one is a prescription therapy that a licensed Philippine physician either prescribes for you, or decides against.

Rx

Prescription only. Nothing on this page is sold to the public. Suitability, route, dosing and monitoring are determined by a licensed physician after a medical evaluation.

Why This List Is Credible

Where ours come from.

Peptides in the Philippines are easy to find and hard to trust. The difference is not the molecule. It is the chain of custody and the doctor standing behind it.

Licensed clinic supply, not a marketplace

Sourced through an authorized clinic-partner supply platform that only supplies licensed clinics. Not a reseller, not an online shop, not a grey-market import, not something a friend brought back in a bag.

A physician prescribes, or does not

Only PRC-licensed physicians evaluate you, select the therapy, and set the dose. No nurse, no coach, and no admin can recommend or change a peptide. If your doctor says no, the answer is no.

Cold chain, end to end

Held and transported at 2–8°C from the supply partner to the clinic to you. Peptides degrade when that chain breaks, which is the single most common problem with anything bought online.

Pharmacy-standard reconstitution

Reconstituted under aseptic technique with pharmaceutical-grade sterile or bacteriostatic water, at fixed volumes, with a documented post-reconstitution usage window. Combinations are pre-defined formulations. Nothing is custom-mixed on request.

Monitored, not just dispensed

Every protocol carries a monitoring plan and a scheduled reassessment. Therapy is paused or stopped when the goal is met, when the risk picture changes, or when side effects appear.

Documented and reportable

Indication, rationale, route, monitoring and follow-up are recorded on your chart. Adverse events are documented and reported. Your record is handled under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

The Five Paths

Find yours, then talk to a doctor.

Most people arrive with one of these five goals. Several peptides serve more than one path, so a few appear twice. Your physician decides which, if any, belong in your protocol.

01

Weight Loss Management

For people carrying extra weight who are done with diets that reset every Monday. These work on appetite signalling, insulin sensitivity and how the body handles energy, so progress does not rest on willpower alone.

RxRT-10

Retatrutide

5 mg · 10 mg  |  Subcutaneous

How it worksA single molecule that signals on three metabolic pathways at once, GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, which together influence appetite signalling, insulin response and how much energy the body burns.

May supportAppetite regulation and medically supervised weight management, as part of an individualized program.

RxCGL-5

Cagrilintide

2.5 mg  |  Subcutaneous

How it worksModulates the amylin receptor. Amylin is one of the body's own fullness hormones, so this acts on satiety signalling and how quickly the stomach empties.

May supportAppetite control as an adjunct inside a physician-directed metabolic protocol.

RxTSM-5

Tesamorelin

5 mg  |  Subcutaneous

How it worksA growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue. Rather than replacing growth hormone, it prompts the pituitary to release the body's own, in its natural pulses.

May supportCentral and visceral fat goals and body composition, with IGF-1 monitoring throughout.

Learn about Tesamorelin
02

Body Recomposition & Optimization

For people whose weight is roughly fine but whose composition is not. The goal here is losing fat while holding or building muscle, so these lean on the growth-hormone axis and on how efficiently cells use fuel.

What you will not find on this page.

No prices. Not because we are hiding them, but because a peptide on its own is not the product. What you buy is a protocol: the therapy, the physician who selects it, the sessions, the monitoring and the adjustments. Your exact quote is given to you in writing at your consultation.

No doses, no protocols, no cycle lengths. Those are clinical decisions made for one specific person after an evaluation, not numbers to read off a page and copy. Publishing them would be the fastest way to get someone hurt.

No checkout. There is no way to buy any of this from us, or from anyone, without a prescription. If a seller online will ship you one of these without a doctor, that tells you what you need to know about their supply chain.

No before-and-after photos and no promises. Peptide therapy in the Philippines is prescribed off-label, when a licensed physician determines it is appropriate for an individual patient. Results vary per patient. Any clinic promising you a specific outcome is selling, not treating.

Common Questions

The honest answers.

Can I just buy one of these from you?

No. Every therapy on this page is prescription-only and dispensed on a written prescription from a licensed Philippine physician, after a consultation and a medical evaluation. There is no order form, no product page, and no way to skip the doctor. That is the point of the model, not an obstacle in it.

Where does this sit with the regulators?

Peptide therapy is generally prescribed off-label, meaning a licensed physician determines that a therapy is appropriate for an individual patient based on their clinical picture. We do not make regulatory claims about any of these therapies, and you should be careful with any clinic that does. What we can tell you is exactly where ours are sourced, who is allowed to prescribe them, how they are stored and reconstituted, and how you are monitored. That is a more useful answer than a badge on a website.

How do I know these are the real thing?

Because of the chain, not the label. Ours come through an authorized clinic-partner supply platform that sells only to licensed clinics, they are held and delivered at 2–8°C, and they are reconstituted under aseptic technique with pharmaceutical-grade water at fixed volumes. Peptides bought online typically fail on storage long before they fail on purity, and there is no way for you to tell by looking.

Are they safe?

Every therapy here has real contraindications, and several are inappropriate for whole categories of patients. That is precisely why the consultation exists. Your physician screens you, selects the route and dose, sets a monitoring plan, and stops the protocol if the risk picture changes or side effects appear. Nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Which one is right for me?

That is genuinely not a question this page can answer, and we would be doing you a disservice if we pretended otherwise. Come in with the goal, not the molecule. Your physician looks at your history, your goals and where relevant your labs, then recommends a path. Sometimes the recommendation is that peptides are not what you need right now.

Do I need lab work first?

Sometimes. Several of these require baseline or ongoing markers, and your physician will tell you which ones apply to your protocol at the consultation. Where labs are needed, we tell you before you commit to anything, not after.

Can I combine several of these?

Only where your physician decides it is justified, and there are combinations that are specifically avoided. Multi-peptide products here are fixed formulations, prepared as manufactured, never mixed to order or stacked with their own individual components. Doubling up on your own is one of the more common ways people get into trouble.

Important information

The therapies described on this page are supplied through a clinic-partner-only platform.
